Title: Fantastic Stay with Breathtaking Views at Melia Vinpearl Nha Trang Empire Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Melia Vinpearl Nha Trang Empire, and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. Not only were the rooms spacious and beautifully designed, but the stunning sea view added an extra touch of magic to our stay. The presence of 2 separate bedrooms provided ample privacy and comfort for our group, making it an ideal choice for families or friends traveling together. One of the standout aspects of our experience at Melia Vinpearl Nha Trang Empire was the exceptional location. Situated in the heart of Nha Trang, we found ourselves within easy reach of the city's main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The convenience of exploring the area without any hassle was a big plus for us. I would like to extend a special thanks to Miss Mai, who went above and beyond to make our culinary experience unforgettable. Her recommendations for Vietnamese dining options, including dinner and breakfast, were nothing short of amazing. We were introduced to flavors and dishes that truly captured the essence of Vietnam's culinary heritage. Additionally, her suggestion of trying Vietnamese coffee was a delightful discovery that we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel staff were friendly, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. Every request or inquiry was handled promptly and with utmost professionalism. We felt genuinely valued as guests, which added an extra layer of warmth to our overall experience. The facilities within the hotel were top-notch, offering a range of amenities that catered to our every need. We particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness center, where we indulged in relaxing treatments that rejuvenated both mind and body. The swimming pool and fitness center were also well-maintained and provided a great way to unwind after a day of exploration.

The property is amazing - it's right in the middle of everything so great food options nearby and the hotel is quiet because it isn't on the beach but a 5 minute walk to the beach. The hotel is also attached to a mall that has a supermarket and a children's playroom which is super convenient. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and it's so nice being able to book a hotel room that also includes a kitchenette. We didn't need to or want to cook but to have a sink and a place to store our children's snacks and a place for us to wash and sterilise our baby bottles was so important. The hotel is tidy and clean and the staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel! It's also hard to find a hotel with good water temperature and water pressure but this hotel does both perfectly. We loved that there was a kids zone/'kidom' available - it's a room with tables and chairs, actives and toys and space for children to run around just outside the restaurant. Our 2 year old toddler loved going there.

I have stayed in many hotels in nhatrang since 6 years ago especially during the long covid period. Strategically located and definitely much better than most hotels around nhatrang. Could've been better if staffs manning essential stations I.e breakfast egg station, maintenance and surely the staff handling customer inquiries could be better train to understand English better. I also feel that rooms should be checked thoroughly before checking in guests such as lights, intercom, curtains etc. Overall very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thumbs up to Quynh the duty manager for being extremely attentive to my feedback.

The hotel lobby is grand once you walk in and looks amazing! The hotel and staff there exceeded my expectation with their kindness and services. Especially when my son had gotten sick on our 1st night there, they sent the Nurse Dung up to my room to check on him. They had breakfast delivered to my room because they knew i wasn't able to go down to the restaurant to eat. Room was cleaned every day & waters topped up each day with new ones. I couldn't thank them enough for being so thoughtful & kind. I wouldn't stay anywhere else but the Melia if i ever visit Nha Trang again.

The hotel is big and richly decorated. By European standards, the only thing I did not consider 5 star level was some cleaning aspects, although I admit that I’m picking some very specific ones. There were big stains on the carpet near the elevators, and also, on the bedroom, the chairs had fingerprint like finger dirt, seemed like spaghetti sauce. The fridge was not cool at all. Beverages were hot and after contacting the reception, they tried but didn’t manage to fix. Overall the hotel looks and feels 5 stars, with a nice pool and gym. Sauna is paid in separate.
